As the company continues to grow, TeqBlaze is looking for an AdOps Specialist: proactive, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced programmatic environment.

Our candidate has a strong understanding of the AdTech ecosystem, enjoys solving technical challenges, and communicates confidently with international partners.

This role is on the client side of our white-label programmatic platform, helping partners manage and optimize their advertising infrastructure and monetization processes.

What you will be doing:

• supporting the technical onboarding of new partners, including DSPs, SSPs, and publishers;
• testing integrations and validating initial launches;
• configuring and optimizing platform settings to improve traffic quality and revenue performance;
• communicating daily with international partners via email and calls, troubleshooting issues, and sharing performance updates;
• monitoring and analyzing key metrics such as fill rate, win rate, and eCPM to identify optimization opportunities;
• performing regular financial and technical reconciliations between platform data and partner reports;
• investigating discrepancies and collaborating with internal teams to resolve them;
• monitoring traffic quality and helping identify invalid or low-quality traffic patterns.
